- Blue and black X's are working as a team to transition the ball from one end of the grid to the other.
- Once Blue gets 3-5 passes they play the ball out to black on the outside who plays 1-2 touch to transition the ball to other blues, two new green go defend. (Green can not go into black grid to defend)
- Green are always the defenders until new round is started
* Black should focus on open body shape to get the ball off quickly in transition (blacks should be middies or gk)
* Blues should work their way into the 1-2-1 shape for best results to keep the space open to play around green.
* Focus with fast switching play
