6 small cones needed

The player will perform a body feint pattern and right after will perform an agility pattern 

Perform the body feints for 30 secs each round, 4 rounds each progression

P1: classic feint ( slide 1)

P2: open body feints ( slide 2)

P3: no touch body feints ( slide 3)

Right after the footwork player will perform the running in the video below

P1: run around the middle cone then right cone 

P2: run around the middle cone then left cone

P3: add in the ball dribbling and alternate each side
