Goals should be 30ft apart.

Variation 1

Green Player will run to middle of cones, Red Player will dribble and pass to the Green Player, Green Player will take one touch between cones and shoot.

After Red Player passes the ball check away from the middle then sprint and repeat drill from opposite side with Green starting with the Ball.

Moves to set up shot- Inside Foot, Outside Foot, Touch around cone, Behind leg

Variation 2

Same drill but now turn with your back to the goal. Use different turning moves based off the players skill.
