Ladder & Ball Work

-Have two ladders with about 5 yards between them and 2 lines

-First player in the line will pass a ball across to other line then go through the ladder and go to the line they passed to. The player who receives the pass, gives a once touch back to the other line, then goes to the ladder to the right and ends up at the line they passed to.

  • Ball Work Exercises:
    • Run with the ball to the opposite side (after you get to line with ball, go to ladder)
    • Run with the ball to the opposite side and execute a dribbling move at halfway
    • Play volleys∞
    • Play 2 touch passing
    • Play 1 touch passing
  • Agility Ladder Exercises:
    • Two feet in run through
    • Two-foot hop
    • One Leg Hop
    • In-Out Drill (From the side, both feet go in - one starts on the right, other ladder on the left) Side to Side (From the side, moving sideways inside the boxes, both feet touch in)
    • Hopscotch (facing forward both feet in, both feet out)

Plyos With Hurdles

  • Single leg stick landing
    • Vertical hop
    • Horizontal hop
    • Landing opposite foot
    • 90 degree turn in air (turn toward jumping leg)
  • Single Leg Speed Hops
    • Vertical hop
    • Lateral hop
