Two team of equal numbers. No GK
Players start with passing the ball by hand. The goal is to go into the net with the ball in your hand. No dropping ball on the ground. If a team drops the ball, the other team picks it up. If the attacking team throw the ball outside of the playing area, the defending team team gets a point. Leave one ball in the net for each point. Only if the defending team blocks the ball and ball goes out, it's a throw in for the attacking team.
Move the same practice to playing with their feet. It's a game but they can only score a goal if they dribble into the net. If they pass or shoot the ball outside of the lines, there is a point for the defending team (unless the ball was blocked). All other rules apply except offside.
