Equipment : 3 tall cones and 2 pugs

  • perform each feint 6 times
  • Progression 1: Jab feint ( Minute 1:30-1:55)
  • Progression 2: Frenkie de Jong feint ( Minute 1:57-3:30)
  • Progression 3: Roll then snap ( Minute 7:30-9:03)

^ In the video the “snap” is performed immediately after the roll, rather than immediately after, let your foot come down before the outside touch/snap
