Two teams of 4s or 5s
Attacking team (red) will have all their players in the middle zone. as soon as ball goes into the final zone, they can enter that zone. They can only score in the final zone.
Defending team (blue) will have only one player in the final zone. Rest of them can't go into the final zone. If they regain possession, they pass the ball back to the player in the final zone. Then they become the attacking team, and reds have to have 1 player in their final zone. Players in the final zone rotate on each attack.
