Kick Off Tactic

There are two options here. The striker passes back to the center mid who decides which way to go and then moves the play that way. He passes up and outside and the whole team shifts with it. If the striker sees a lane, instead of passing back, he passes forward into the space in that lane for his teammate to run onto.
