Start with the blue players passes back and forth while the black players are transition into pressure cover and the ball swings from one side to the other.
After a few passes back and forth, a blue player will send a driven ball across to a red player and blue will immediately transition into pressure cover and red will now pass the ball back and forth while blue works on their pressure cover
