This is a quick drill for midfielders and defenders to practice shooting from a distance with forwards crashing. A defender will kick a long ball in the air toward Player 2, who will trap and shoot while Forwards 1 and 3 crash. Players should immediately clear off and another ball will be kicked from the other side of the goal to the next shooter.
