Each blue player at cone has a ball. Red players run into the magic box which spits them back out at high speed as they sprint to receive a pass from a blue player. As they approach blue, they yell the teammates name. The blue player makes a quality ground pass and either yells out "Time!" or "Man On!". If they yell "Time!", the red player stops the ball and passes back. Quality first touch and pass - two touches. If the blue player yells "Man On!", the red player knows there is a defender them and plays a one touch wall pass back to the red player. Every time a pass is played back to a blue player, the red player sprints back into the magic box which spits them back out at high speed to another blue player. 5 minute rounds and switch teams.
