  • Partner Trap and Pass drill: two players use three cones and alternate tossing the ball to the one that is trapping and passing. Start with head, chest, thigh, and foot. Alternate each foot for each body part. Sprint around the back cone after each pass. Switch players after 7 tosses (head/ chest trap right foot/chest trap left foot/ thigh trap right foot / thigh trap left foot / right foot trap / left foot trap)
