Rapid Fire Defense Overload

Shorten the field, keep real goals with coaches in as goalies. 4 attackers attempt to score on 3 defenders. Defenders must press and cover and communicate to win back the ball or simply clear it. When attackers score, they get a point. When defenders repossess or clear, they get a point. As soon as point is done, defenders sprint back to "midfield" and setup. They should play high to shorten the field and fall back as necessary. Attackers on other side play ball in and come at the defenders. Same game, keep switching sides of attack.
