Variation 1
Players must keep the ball away from Defenders (Red)
Use middle Green player as a midfielder to switch the field. You can use Black and Green Players.
Red team must high press every ball and win as quick as possible.
Rotate players to Defender and Middle green player.
Variation 2
Same drill now if Red wins the ball black must go in the middle.
After the switch Black team must still try to get the ball back.
