Setup: 6 cones, 1 goal, 9+ balls, 13+ players (1 goalie)
Set up the 6 cones in 3 lanes (one along right side of 18. One on left and one down the middle but outside of 18)
Everything should happen simultaneously
Middle lane forward checks out to receive away from pressure, turns and strikes from edge of the box.
Right wing forward plays a wall pass with middle lane forward, and then crosses into a running Left wing forward.
Left Wing ground passes it across the field to right wing forward (must time his pass for when right winger is available), again plays a wall pass and crosses from the end line for either of the tow forwards.
Players shift lanes right to left
