Split into 2 lines for small controlled dribbling between the cones

  • Start by asking them to use both feet and once through the cones dribble with speed to the flag and stop. once everyone is through begin again from the flag
    • Progress to right foot only after 2 times through and left foot only after 2 times through

Split again into 2 lines for dribbling around cones with speed

  • This is for observed speed on the ball while maintaining control - have them dribble diagonally around the cones all the way through and back to the beginning as fast as they can. Wait for everyone to get to the line and begin again. Go through 2-3 times.
