- Set up two even lines of players, with a set of cones in front of them
- Cones should be set up in a straight line fashion, with even space between each
- Players will take turns dribbling through cones and shooting on net at the end
- Alternate turns between lines to reduce chaos
PROGRESSION
- Remove balls from lines, also removing dribbling
- Players will now take turns shuffling through cones, collecting and pass at the end from the Coach, taking a touch and shooting
- Have players switch lines after each shot
