Start on right side of the cones

Progression 1: Speed dribble around the cone, drive pass to next person in line. Stay in your own line. Do not hit any of the cones

Progression 2: Speed dribble and when you get to the end of the cones (on the right side of the cones still), pass to the left line, but stay in your own line, after you pass it must be a sprint back to your line

Progression 3: Player will speed dribble to end of cones, pass ball back to the next player in their line, but then sprint (dangle run) to the next line on their left. The ball stays at the same line, but the player moves
