This is setup for 11v11 (4-4-2) and player position numbers reflect that. For 9v9 align positions without a #6 and potentially minus a #5 position. 

Focus here is to create possession from a goal kick, there should never be a 50/50 ball played. Goal keeper plays to near 4/5 backs or wide to the 2/3 backs either side. Once played receiving player has three immediate options. 

Positions 6, 8, 7, 11 need to be checking to space based on where the keeper plays the ball. 

Example 1. (works right or left)

- Keeper plays to 5, 5 then has three primary options: Play to 2, Play to 8, Play to 7 (checking to).

- Keeper plays to 2, 2 then has three primary options Play to 7, Play to 8, Drop back to 5
