Two lines of cones, with about 8-10 yards of space between (for progression part). Even out both lines, each player has a ball. Players will dribble through the cones, twice through.
Single Lane:
- Right foot only (inside/outside)
- Left foot only (inside/outside)
- Sole Roll (Rt/left)
- Outside, inside
Both lanes:
- Toe taps
- Foundations
- Sole rolls
- Step overs
- Scissors
- Lunges (body faint) -outside foot 2 touches, lunge
- Outside pool & Catch
- Outside roll & take
- Cuts (outside of the foot 2 touches, cut with inside)
