Two lines of cones, with about 8-10 yards of space between (for progression part). Even out both lines, each player has a ball. Players will dribble through the cones, twice through. 

Single Lane:

  • Right foot only (inside/outside)
  • Left foot only (inside/outside)
  • Sole Roll (Rt/left) 
  • Outside, inside

Both lanes:

  • Toe taps
  • Foundations
  • Sole rolls
  • Step overs
  • Scissors
  • Lunges (body faint) -outside foot 2 touches, lunge
  • Outside pool & Catch 
  • Outside roll & take
  • Cuts (outside of the foot 2 touches, cut with inside)
