4 small cones of different colors needed

If you are doing this drill with pairs use this time code - Minute 6:25-8:00

Work each progression 1 minute 

For each progression, the footwork changes through the cones 

The coach will call out the color as opposed to an iPad 

Minute 4:00-6:08

Progression 1: Two-touch bounce passes / high knees

Progression 2: One touch bounce passes/right-foot hops 

Progression 3: receive right pass left/ left foot hops

Progression 4: receive left pass right / shuffles

Progression 5: inside foot volleys/ both feet hops
