The coach will scatter all of the gates to create a traffic/minefield simulation. The player will free-flow dribble when the coach calls out a color gate; the player will then perform the specified skill within that gate.
Ex. red gates- croqueta blue gates- roll yellow gate- body feint
P1: free flow dribble ( coach calls out color sporadically)
P2: right foot only dribble ( coach calls out color sporadically )
P3: left foot only dribble ( coach calls out color sporadically)
P4: *only for advanced players* juggle and dribble ( coach calls out color sporadically)
