Lay down two sticks, about three feet apart. The goalkeeper starts at the bottom of the first stick, moves forward, backwards between the sticks and forward again to the top of the stick and gets into the starting position/stance. The coach plays the ball in from about eight yards After dealing with the ball, the goalkeeper returns to the starting point. The next goalkeeper starts.
Goal: Improve footwork speed, agility, movement efficiency, coordination, ability to change direction, stamina and overall athleticism. Improve basic goalkeeping skills, such as catching, falling and diving.
Focus Points:

Proper movement. Quick short steps on forefeet. Sit low, knees and hips bent.

Always use arms, 'hands go from pocket to ear', to improve coordination between arms and legs, what will improve speed.

Proper execution of technical goalkeeping skills; get in the correct starting position/stance at the right moment. Proper catching, falling and diving skills.
Variations:

Variation of movement over the sticks, such as sidesteps, one footed and two footed hops.

The goalkeeper starts off with throwing the ball to the coach to start the activity.

The coach volleys the ball to the goalkeeper for an overhand catch.

The coach passes the ball on the ground or higher next to the goalkeeper. The GK has to make a falling/diving save.

The goalkeeper must make two falling/diving saves in a row.

After catching the ball, the goalkeeper distributes the ball into a goal outside of the 18 yard box.
