Area: 30y x 20y
Two players with one ball pass and move through the area. At the sign of the coach, the players start playing 1v1. The player with the ball approaches the defender. The attacker should not run away with the ball. Play this 1v1 for 20 to30 seconds. Roles turn when the defender wins the ball before the 30 seconds are over. After several turns, players find another partner.
