Set Up:

Player race around the mannequins and into the center of the field. The Feeder plays the ball to the player who runs onto the field first, and the other player defends 1v1. Play goes to completion and a running score is kept. There are two ways that the race can be run- From mannequin 1 to 3, or from mannequin 2 to 3.

Coaching Points:

1.  Take your first touch away from the defender.

2.  Try to create a shooting angle with your first touch.

3.  If the defender has closed you down, fake a shot and dribble past him.

Progressions:

1.  Progress to 2v2. The first TEAM onto the field gets the pass from the Feeder.
