Organization:
Divide the team into four groups. Station a group at each post and two groups at the 18 yard line. Balls with coach at top of 18, in the D. Two small goals on 18, goalie in the goal. Two defenders in the six yard box, eight yards apart. Two attackers placed 12 yards from goal, eight yards apart. Coach passes the ball to one of the attackers and 2v2 starts. Attackers score on large goal. Defenders on the 2 small goals. Game ends after a goal is scored, or after 45 seconds. Coach brings in the new ball when it goes out of bounds. Passes the ball to the attackers. Attackers ask for the ball. After a goal is scored or 45 seconds, players switch roles.
Variation: Same but with three attackers and defenders.
