Set Up: 

Nine players are set up on a split field, playing  4v4 with one neutral. During the drill, the two teams play 2v2 in each half of the field, and the players must stay inside of their own half. The neutral attacker is allowed to play in both halves. The attackers maintain possession and look to change the ball over to the other half of the field after five passes. Balls put out of play are re-started by the Feeder, and the neutral attacker switches out every five minutes.

Coaching Points:

1.  Use the entire space and force the two defenders to chase the ball.

2.  Anticipate changes of possession and make a quick transition.

3.  Open up your stance when receiving and be able to see both sides of the field.

Progressions: 

1.  Change the ball within three passes.
