Set Up:
There are ten players set up in the penalty area, playing 2v2 with four players stationed at the corners. During play, the attacking team looks to maintain possession and finish on goal. They may pass to their two teammates on the outside to relieve pressure, but the outside attackers must play one touch. When the defenders win the ball, they play it out to a teammate and become the attacking team. The Feeder re-starts play when goals are scored or when the ball is put out of play, and the players on the inside switch out after five minutes.
Coaching Points:
1. The attackers should use the entire penalty area, and pull the defenders apart.
2. Look to isolate defenders and attack them 1v1 with the dribble.
3. Look for first time shots from passes set back from the end line.
Progressions:
1. Add a neutral inside the penalty area.
