Objectives:
Attacking: Improve the ability to build up and to create scoring chances.
Defending: Improve the ability to interrupt the buildup and to avoid goals against.
Transition: Improve transition from Attacking to Defending or Defending to Attacking.
Organization:
Area of 30 x 20. Goals are two large cones, 6 yards apart in each corner of the field.
Two teams play 4v4. A goal is scored when a players dribbles over the goal line between two large cones and is clearly in control of the ball. Teams play in a diamond shape. All restarts are taken by dribbling the ball in. Defender must step 5 yards back with restarts.
