Set Up:
There are ten players set up on a small field, with small goals set in two corners. The two teams play 5v5 and defend a corner goal. When a goal is scored or the ball is put out of play, the Feeder re-starts the game with a pass in to the attacking team. Games are played to three points, and new teams are formed after every game.
Coaching Points:
1. Expand the field to full width, forcing the defenders to cover the entire space.
2. Don’t force shots at the near post. Look to pass the ball across to the other post.
3. Create superior numbers by attacking immediately after winning the ball.
Progressions:
1. Put goals in all four corners, each team defends two goals.
