Set Up:

Players practice pulling the V in two ways:

#1  The Dancing V - Players stand in place while pulling the V back and forth in both directions.

#2  The Wide V Turn. - Players let the ball run for a couple of steps, then pull the ball back to start the next V.

Coaching Points:

  • Practice skills at game speed

  • Imagine a defender
