Set Up:

  • Make a field 30 x 20 yds. and add a three yard end zone on each endline.

  • Teams play 4 vs 4.

  • Teams score by passing to players making runs into the end zone and maintaining possession.

  • Player cannot run into the end zone until the pass is struck. Treat the end zone like an offsides line.

  • Points cannot be scored by dribbling into the end zone.

  • When a point is scored, the opposing team re-starts the game from end zone.

Coaching Points:

  • When passing to someone to score, play the ball into the space in front of them, rather to their feet.

  • When looking to receive, call for the ball and show the passer where you would like the ball played to.

  • Movement off the ball is key. Don’t stand still when attacking.
