The goalkeeper sits straight up on knees, with the coach at six yards distance from the goalkeeper with a ball. When the coach says 'go' the goalkeeper jumps up quickly and deals with the throw/roll/shot. The coach can roll/throw/pass/shoot the ball high, low, straight or to the side of the goalkeeper.
Goal: Improve technical goalkeeping skills such as the starting position/stance, catching, and making falling and diving saves. Improve strength.

After the 'go' from the coach, the goalkeeper jumps up and gets into the correct starting position/stance: Feet hip-width apart, heels slightly off the ground and weight on forefeet. Knees bent and upper body leaning slightly for over. Upper arms straight down, elbows bent and palms of hands facing each other. Eyes fixed on the ball.
