Organization:

Set up a vertical line of five cones, placed close together. Five yards beyond that line, set up a horizontal line of three cones, five yards apart. Five yards beyond that cone line, place one cone in the center.

Description:

The player runs the vertical cone line back and forth, then sprints to the horizontal cone line. From the center cone, the player sidesteps to the right cone, then to the left cone, and then back to the center. Once back to the center, he sprints to the last cone.
