Players will have much more fun doing this type of soccer conditioning drill.  Place a cone about 5 - 10 yards outside the penalty box.  Every player except one will be a passer and is assigned a number.  The shooter starts at about the penalty dot.  To start, the shooter calls out a number and then runs around the cone and comes back to receive a pass from the player whose number was called.  The number of repetitions is something you will decide based on how well of shape your players are in.  It is best to use 2 goalies as well as they tend to quite tired.
