Organization:
Set up a small line of three cones outside of the penalty area with an additional cone placed just beyond that line. Also place a rebounder off to the side of the first cone. A Feeder is stationed off to the side at the 18.
Description:
The shooter performs a three part sequence:
1. Dribble thorugh the cones, turn and dribble back (not shown in the diagram).
2. Play the ball off of the rebounder to yourself, turn and pass to the Feeder.
3. Run through the cones to receive a pass from the Feeder, touch the ball past the last cone, and then finish on goal.
