Players will have fun with this soccer drill as they get to shoot three times on each repetition. You may need a pair of goalies because they will get tired quickly. Split up the players into two lines, one line on the goal line off to the side of the net (see diagram). The first player in line sprints out the first cone (located at the top of the box) and cuts back towards the line. The next player in line gives a pass to P1. P1 tries to get off a good shot with as few touches as possible. After the shot P1 sprints to the middle cone and cuts back around to receive a pass from P3. After the shot P1 sprints to the far cone and cuts back to receive a pass from P4. Each time P1 needs to get the shot off in one or two touches if possible. The two lines takes turns.
