Speed + Ball Control

Set Up: 

Players start at the end of the ladder. Set up a cone line to one side of the ladder, three yards away. Place a ball at the end of the cone line.

Description:

Part One – Run through a ladder drill and then turn towards the cones.

Part Two – Move through the line of cones and turn around.

Part Three - Pick up the ball and dribble back through the cone line.

Part Four - Dribble the ball back to the start using a fast footwork skill.

Focus Points:

•  Small, quick steps through the ladder and around the cones.

• Sharp changes of direction with the dribble.
