Set Up:
During this drill, two balls will be set up on the penalty spot, and a third ball will be served in from the end line. The shooter begins the drill with a shot on goal, then runs to the end line and back to shoot the second ball. After taking that shot, the shooter runs towards the end line to finish a ball tossed in from the end line, preferably with the head. Upon completion, the shooter goes to the end line and the server goes out to shoot.
