Set Up:

This soccer drill requires players to pay attention at all times or it falls apart quickly, hence the name "Wake Up Passing Drill".  With 7 players, each player is involved in the drill. There are two roles in which players rotate throughout the drill, the passer and the receiver. To start, the first player will be the "receiver" and they make a pass to the station to the right or left and run towards station opposite them. This player receives the pass back from the player they passed to, controls the ball, and makes a pass to the "passer" opposite them.  The next receiver then takes off to receive a pass from this passer.  After a receiver makes a pass to the player opposite them they go to the station in which they just received the pass from.  The "passer" then goes to the receiving station after they make the pass.  Therefore players are rotating around to each station.  You must view the diagram and watch the video to understand this drill completely.
