One large goal with a goalkeeper, one small empty goal for the defender to score on. Both teams have five players. The attackers play in a 2-3 formation and try to score on the goal with the goalkeeper. The defenders score on the small goal and start in a 3-1 formation. The attackers start with the ball every time. Switch roles after 6 minutes.
