Set Up:
The game begins with a shot from an undefended attacker versus the GK. After shooting, the attacker becomes the defender. Two players come onto the field to join the GK and they attack in the other direction, trying to score in the two small goals. Players may only shoot on the small goal that is on their side of the field. The defending team may or may not add a defender to create a 3v2 instead of a 3v1.

Move the defenders with passing and create openings for shots.

Commit the first defender with the dribble before passing off.
Progressions:

If the attackers fail to score in the 3v2 or 3v1, the defending team adds two players and attacks the big goal 4v3.
