Organization:
Area: 45y x 30y
Divide the field into three zones of 15 yards. Play with two large goals and two goalkeepers.
The attacking team plays in a 1-2-3-1 formation, while the defending team plates in a 1-2-2-1 formation.
The game always starts with the goalkeeper of the team of seven.
A goal only counts when all the players (except the goalkeeper) are pushed up into the two high zones.
When the ball goes out of bounds, the team of seven must pass the ball back in, the team of 6 can also dribble the ball in.
Game: Keep track of the score. When a team scores within ten seconds from the turnover, and all players are pushed up in the two high zones, the goal counts double.
Variation: Instead of three zones, use the halfway (two zones) as the line player have to push up to.
