Set Up:

Set up a circle in the middle of the field to represent the face of a clock. Once the whistle is blown, the first player in line will dribble around the entire circle, weaving in and out of the discs. Coaches can time the player on how long it took them to get around the circle or “clock.” Or he can time short periods - ten or twenty seconds - and see what number each player can reach.
