Set Up:

There are 4-6 players set up on the small grid, starting at the cones. During the drill, the players perform two wall pass combinations and then set a wall for the next player, sending him on to the next cone in the triangle. The drill moves counter-clockwise around the triangle for 5-10 minutes, and then the players switch direction.

Coaching Points:

1.  A poor first pass in the wall pass combination will likely lead to a poor second pass.

2.  Passes should be played to the feet of the receiver and not into space.

3.  Touch the ball off and then accelerate, running past the defender.

Progressions:

1.  Use a double pass/wall pass pattern at each cone.
