Set Up:
Set up field as shown, with two groups of players attacking two different goals. A cone is placed in the center, 15-18 yards from each goal. A player from each team (Player 1, diagonal from each other in the diagram) dribbles to the center cone, stops the ball, and leaves it. Then he sprints around cone and runs to the other goal to shoot the ball the other player stopped. After the shots, the lines on the other side of the field start with Player 2 from each group. Players shag their ball after shooting and go back to their own side of the field.
Coaching Points:
1. The angle of your run should allow you to shoot at all four corners of the goal.
2. Fake a shot to get the GK moving, shoot with your 2nd touch.
3. Decide early whether to go for power or placement on your shot.
Progressions:
1. Keep score. Each goal scored is a point. For every two saves the GK makes, they get a point.

Hi, am I missing something or does the animation show something a little different than the picture below it? There are 8 players in the video, 6 of them being outfield players, divided into 2 groups/lines of 3 players each. Whereas below it, there are 4 groups of 2 players each other than the keepers (meaning 10).
