Set Up:

Five players are set up on a small split field, playing 1v1 plus one in one half, and 1v1 in the other. During the drill, the attacking team looks to maintain possession in their half and switch the ball over to the other half within five passes. After the pass is made, the neutral player crosses over into the other half to create a new 2v1. When the ball is put out of play, the Feeder re-starts the drill with a pass in to the attacking team.

Coaching Points:

1.  Use the entire space and do not allow one defender to cover two players.

2.  Hold your run until your teammate is prepared to switch the ball over.

3.  Open your stance while receiving, and be able to see both sides of the field.

Progressions:

1.  Limit the neutral attacker to one touch.
