Explanation:
Two teams will play against each other at handball. You cannot run with the ball in your hands, you and your teammates throw, catch and move to work the ball up to the oppositions goal. Hitting the crossbar with the ball results in a goal and depending on the age/stage of the group you might stipulate this throw must be done using a throw in technique. On the coaches command the players will put the ball on the ground and play a game. Let the players play, re-visit the handball game as often or as little as you wish during the game.
