Set Up:

Individual player works with a resistance band. 

Description:

Players perform a series of exercises with a resistance band. This is a session with high repetitions, so the resistance must be appropriate.

Exercise 1: Push ups while stretching a band between the hands.

Exercise 2: Back extension while stretching a band between the hands.

Exercise 3: Holding the back extension whilepassing the band behind the head.

Exercise 4: Holding the back extension for a specified amount of time.

Focus Points:

  • Constant tension of the arms

  • Proper form
